With over 5,000,000 pages is one of the largest technical databases in the world, it collects user manuals/ instructions of small and large appliances of any brand and is currently available in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. It has an incredibly innovative additional feature that makes this application UNIQUE since it is the only one in the world that allows you to identify the anomaly of your appliance or electrical appliance without having to browse or reading pages and pages of manuals.
How it works:
Stand in front of your appliance
Open the application and select the function "scan"
Now photograph the error code that appears on your display
appliance or manually enter 3 simple data such as
brand, model, type of appliance.
Once done, you will immediately see the explanation of the
problem and how to fix it.
In the unfortunate event that the fault is too serious, select "request assistance" and, through the geolocation function, you will see the map with the name and contact number of the authorized service center closest to you. If you want, you can start the call directly from the application.
Inside the application is also available the "my manuals" feature where you can store the manuals of your appliances creating your personal library which you can access at any time. In case the manual you are looking for is not already in the archive, a request is sent to the central database and, in a few minutes, it will be made available.
